The root path finder is used in the Sub5 section of 001, in one of the decomissioned plugs.

I can't find the last place to put my fuse hahaha. I've placed them at (1-0-0) in the storage room, (1-1-0) and (1-1-1). Can't find the last one.

there's one in the karmic portal in 1-1-0, in the pipes on the left. I still can't figure out what to do with the stands in the same portal, to the right.

ALRIGHT I THINK I GOT SOMETHING If you hold the fully charged karmic stabilizer, it glows when something needs "stabilising" so you select it and click on the highlighted objects. I found a secret in 1-1-0 all the way on the right above the stairs. Gonna do some 'splorin'

Ah silly me. Thanks for the hint! I don't know what they do either. And I found another secret. Back at the King docks, all the way to the left, use your karmic stabiliser and it will open a karma portal

I've input the runes I found in the lighthouse panels, but nothing happened again. I'm starting to think there's something wrong with my game.
I'm completely stuck with only the long stick in hands, and I'm almost convinced that it's totally the glyph puzzle and this one's fault.

I've made it into the lighthouse area (found the portal charge) - I'm now having trouble with the runes... any tips?

Use the root pathfinder and found another stabilizer.
I've also found a stone grape at the Sub7 section and used it on the goat statue at 0-1-1.

I still have the karmic vial, the long stick and the triple a battery

The AAA battery is used at the ship, to the left of the pad that asks you for the captain ID.
The karma vial goes in the plug in 001. Still cannot find a use for the long stick.

Ok, long stick with spring can be used to get secret in 0-0-0.

There is a plasma charger (which I believe is the hardest to find) in the Sub6 section of 110. When you leave the karma portal, go right, and open both lids. In the left entrance, you will find a blockage remover, which you will use at the valve in the right entrance. The plasma charger is in there.

I've got the last stabilizer at the goat statue, but I guess I'm missing something because the portal at 0-0-0 isn't still working.

where you got the captain's ID card? I can't manage to get through that grid on the ceiling of the tunnel thing in the spaceship (?)

You have to remove the panels at the rightmost room of the section. You will find a switch which will reveal some hidden stairs

The karma portal of 001 can be found if the second cog is pointing down - it will open a hatch leading downwards. It should be quite easy from there if you look hard enough.

okokokok i remember what that is. If you go to the karmic portal in 0-0-1 (by pointing the right gear down and following the ladder to its left) allllllll the way at the end is an opening that looks like where you picked it up from, so put it in there.

I don't remember where all the stabilizers are, there are way too many items in this game :)

I finally got to the lighthouse section in 0-0-0, what a lovely place.

I'm stuck with the runes. What am I supossed to unlock with them? I have three notes, so I might be able to brute-force this puzzle open if I knew what this thing opens.

It's obviously not the passage one room at the right and below the runes panel. I guess I'll have to use the spoon there.

There was a similar device as the satellite dish looking like next to the runes, but I can't remember where.
So it's a lot of running if you can't find the fourth rune note.

The runes activate the satellite thing in 111, I bruteforced it. The thing opened to give a fork.

Such a nostalgia attack once I re-entered the original basement from Sub1.
It had better days, but it still looks gorgeous.

Skutnkik did an awesome job with this near-final level, I'd say.

Use the fork in the lighthouse section by the ladder with the red light, then go back (still in the Sub2 section) and pull that third lever; the ladder will go down.

Once you use the crown and crown converter or whatever, do NOT go through the transporter, because you will have to start all over to find all the leftover secrets.

I have the four stone cubes from the bells and the pearls I found back at the basement, and the fuse as well.

The secrets room. But it doesn't seem to be working. Perhaps when I finish the game...

The plasma coil

There are some machines with a circular metal thing on them. Use the pearls from the basement to exchange them with two secrets.
They are at the lighthouse section and at 0-1-1.

The fuses go into the left storage loop in 100, the telescope helps get a secret at the seven area, accessible I believe at 011 via portal, and I'm stuck with the coil too.

By bronze door at 011, do you mean the hatch that closes Shivas obvious entrance after you mess around with the settings at the sub 6 area? If so, you have to go through the broken pipe and cover one of the things at the bottom of the pipe (go down again) after fiddling with the arms in the bottom sphere, go up and through the pipe at the right. If this is unclear, just ask me to clarify, I just don't want to write too much if you know what I'm talking about. P.S the second cog can be accessed through the ladder that appears in Shivas sphere.

The four tiles and the coils

Ok wrong fuses, but with the sub 1 fuses, all you do is put them in the four machine with the four red lights that are found in several places that I am still finding. One is in 111, and another is in 110. After you put the fuses in, I assume the one to the left in 000 dispenses a secret.

I'm also curious if you can get permission to "access" Shiva (whatever that means). It says "root ping," but there's nothing in the Root location that accepts input.

You can get the Karma stabilizer if you put the four fuses and get your prize at the machine at 0-0-0! The last one is at one of the original sections if I remember. Sub6 I believe.

Take it to the Lab (0-1-0), and use the Explorer's Chip to get to the charger.
