It is taking too long to get tech points with 5 scientists, 1 master, 3 adept, 1 trainee. What's an easier way to get them?

There's a walkthrough and discussion page for vv2 here, it should be able to answer most of your questions. To earn extra tech points remember to pick up collectibles with the children. Each collectible that is a duplicate of one you already have is worth tech points.
