Here's a beautifully crafted Flash multimedia piece by Drew Cope and Sam Lanyon Jones from their multi-award winning site called TokyoPlastic where they will be rolling out version two in May. Not new, I just think it's cool. Enjoy.

Play Drum machine

Wierd, but very cool!

very cool toon and animation check out website tokyoplastic.com for music box. TWO THUMBS UP!

Wow that was crazy it was awesome though! i mean even the beggining credits were very good!

Oh. My. God. I have just spent the last couple of minutes staring at my computer screen with my mouth hanging open in complete awe at what was in front of me. I'm not going to say any more cause I won't be able to do it justice.

OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDD!!! that was freakin amazing! the sync with the drums, the concepts, the characters, the strange box-sort fish!! WOW!!!!
there should be more stuff like this in the world!! there must...it was truly inspiring.

HOLY MOLLY... that was the best animation using flash i've seen in my life... then watch the flower made for MTv... WOW... these guys are crazy... i love it... hope they make more

Not really a game. More of a flash movie. Still amazing animation.

not a game... but... totally... AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Wow... I'm in awe... Not a game...still... Beautiful animation. It's like Fantasia meets Anime with a liberal dose of Taiko drums. I loved it. Can't wait for Tokyoplastic 2.

I agree with hunter. awesome.

Fantastic :) Those little guys remind me of slinky eyes. I like the little one the best

erm...i thought it was quite silly. Especially for the time it took to load.

I have seen Drum Machine on one other site. But it recieved so much traffic that it had to be taken down.

The reason? not only is it an excelent piece of entertainment. But the original just loaded and played, Thus allowing you to open as many links as you wanted, and makeing a "Round".

I want that little drummer before the main event.

"Thumper!" I would say. "Do my bidding, and fluff my pillow!"

Wow. What an awesome animation! Kinda hard on the eyes 'cause it's pretty weird, but what an amazing animation!

My baby loves it!!! As soon as he hear the drums he starts dancing and smiling!! :)

Yeah, it's really great. I think I've seen all the versions, and this one's intro and ending are the best. the chickenbox and the mouthsquid.

I always listen when I wanna play some pretend instruments

My favorite part is in the beginning where the little guy goes flying. :)

joeynow July 5, 2009 12:24 AM

The little box guy's legs looked like a frog's--a frog with gravity-manipulation powers...but where'd the water come from? (the little box seemed to be swimming, not flying).

The end was a bit creepy, with the all-devouring cthulu squid.

That was really, really, really weird o_O . It was cool to watch though. I spend a little time clicking everywhere :P

really neat actualy. i like that someone spent time on the animation unlike others who just rush it thro and have a crap animation

again, terribly late in the day, but one really must not miss--from the same guy--kitteh kitteh--especially the scatman & fatal danger videos [also on vimeo & youtube].

here's hoping the link works. or at least shows.

Fun video, but I thought it would be interactive. 4/5.
