The Frost Tower is found on Lonely Iceberg. You unlock access to Lonely Iceberg by solving the fishing rod puzzle (see posts above.)
Look closer at the mini map. Especially near the top left. You will see very thin little paths that you can move ur guy too which will reveal more from the darkness. I really think this is how I found the last one

You have to use to button to move her (the one with the eye). You can't move her there yourself. Your people will always turn red if you try to move them somewhere they have not been yet.

For all you having trouble with finding the roots on witch island, i have screen shots of where they all are.
I have tried to put the cursor directly over where i had to click to get the root. Here is the link to the pics.

Hmm thats too bad. I know the way I did was I would move the eye thing and look at the mini map to make sure im placing it on that thin little path..like i would use the mini map as a guide. If I could take a pic of it I would..but I dont know how.

I think you are at the part where you need to build a tower and then research it to the fire tower which will melt the ice. So you need to have completed a quest in order to have the fire tower available to you

First off I would like like to say a BIG THANK YOU to everyone on this site for their help. I still have hair because of you :)
I have completed the Cradle of the North (11th island) and decided before preceeding with Mist Island I would go back and replay all islands to hopefully find anything I might of missed. While at Moneky Island I noticed there was a frost & thunder tower. I do not think I built them because I do not have ability to build them in Cradle. Can anyone tell me if I missed something before Cradle or do you gain this ability later? I have arrow, mud & fire towers

Those extra towers you are seeing are from ppl who were already there and you found them on the island. You didn't put them there. I cannot remember when exactly you find each new tower. But hope that helps a bit

Has anyone made it to worship island yet? Anyone figure out the 4 totems at the top of the map with the symbold star, moon, lightning and sun on them??? How about those circles on the map that have pink dots but when someone stands inside them the dots turn pink??
I'm really curious as to what these are all for...and I'am about to go to the final level but it says that if I go then I cannot return to any of the other islands again..so I want to figure this out first.
Please help!!!!

On shark island, can anyone give a click by click of how to get the stupid balls all in the bottom stack? I can get them stacked in the other 2 holders, but not the bottom, and I can not see the pattern, or logic, or trick to doing this. Thanks

NVM...found the last root...seems this is another section where things aren't always in the same spots each time.
Anne - we believe that some of the items may have more possible locations to allow for each time you play to be slightly different, so screenshots of locations may not be very helpful.
The best advice I can give for any of the hidden objects in this game is to be prepared to find only a small area of the item showing. Look especially around objects that can obstruct, hide, or shadow the item you're looking for.

Ok, now I remember where you are! You need to look around the island. There will be shards of ice laying around that you place onto the ice formations. You need to really keep your eyes open for this one because there is so much ice around it's hard to spot them. They are kinda rounded at the top with sharp edges at the bottom. You will notice on the ice formations there is one "spike" I guess you could call it that is broken off and you see the shark edge. That is what you are looking for.

With the ice bits "A PIECE OF THE MASSIVE ICE FORMATION IS MISSING"
You will find bits of ice broken off in some of the ice clusters along the way,
then you place it on the big ones that are missing the bits.

I am having SO much trouble finding the last two pineapples on Worship Island. I only found about 3 more pineapples and one final bunch of bananas by clicking randomly forever!
Also, has anyone figured out the totem poles here?
I am stuck at I think the second last or the last level... I have the one puzzle left to do and I am stuck it ... it is where you have three white and three black lights... How do I switch them or what do I do with them...please can anyone help????

Hi all,
Thanks for all the tips so far. I'm stuck on Mist Island. Have lit 4 bulbs and can't find the 5th one on the left side of the map. Have used the mini map, but still no luck. Have found the lightning bolt rune though.
Any help on that last bulb would be greatly appreciated. Jave used the mini map to follow all the paths I could find on the entire map!

I was on the dream shore or whatever and I killed the King Shade.
Well, without giving too much away, when you get to this point, watch the guru guy! He ended up with us and I kept him safe the whole time. I was SO excited after beating King Shade on that level along with a billion other shades.
I was waiting for the level to advance and.....let me put it this way...if you don't watch the guru guy and he ends up with your other people in battle, then he is stuck there and will die! It then tells you oh no he has fallen and you have to try again. I spent around 2 hours on this level alone trying to beat everyone and now because the stupid man got stuck there I have to restart it UGH!
Just thought I would give you a heads up.

For all those on Worship Island wondering about the purple dots, that turn green:
Put your scouts in 1 Spot
Your Attack-Party in another one
Build a Tower in the third one (I did it at the lower right one)
And put Guru or Aruku on the last one (via Drag&Drop)
And tada - you get a chest...wouldn't be that easy if there wasn't another hook hmmm? ;)
The 4 Poles:
Turn the Symbols so that on every pole is just one (example!)
Sun
Moon
Lightning
Star
In Addition: There may only be one of each in each column...(example!)
Sun - Moon - Lightning - Star
Tada Puzzle solved ;)

I found my final two shells on frozen vale:
behind the snow man and behind the mountain beside the eskimo huts my suggestion is look for a little line of black in the white as this is the inside of the shell. Hope this helps

The monkey totem goes at the very top. You have to build a tower to access it. The whale goes in the middle of the water on the right side of the screen. I believe There is a little strip of land that you can walk on.

I think that this may help
the monkey totem is in the middle at the very top of the screen. You may be able to see a glimps of it but you will need to build a tower to access it. If I remember correctly, there should be a strip of land that you can walk on to take you to the middle of the water on the right side of your screen. The whale goes there.
Can anyone tell me the locations of the bolts on mist island? Also, how do I get to the king shade on Dream Shore? Thanks!!

Places for the monkey and the whale totems.
The monkey place for totem is on the top of map. In the center. Behind the mountains. You can see it if you build a tower near.
The whale place for totem is on the right at the water. You must build a tower near the penguins if you want to see it.

Each shade prince you kill drops a shade essence. Place the shade essence in the lamp on your home base island. Once all 4 lamps are lit, you have created a portal that takes you to where the King Shade is.

If you look back on the island there are I think 2 other purple posts like that. When you click on the purple smoke comes from the top but it dissapears fast. You have to be quick and click on all 4 of them so they all have the purple smoke coming out.

Worsip Island (black and white balls)
This took me forever to figure out. You need to move them so the black are on the other side and the white on the opposite side. It's hard to get. Try clicking them in different ways, you will get it eventually. There is a little button there to reset them as well if you get stuck. I wouldn't know how to explain how I got it done...and I cannot take screen shots (dont know how) It did take me a long time to get it tho.

If you go to Totem Tribe\data\level\original there are xml files on every level.
If you open level09.xml and scroll down, you should see coordinates of the shells in that level.

Lighting the Towers on Shark Island
Once you have access to the tower you will put the energy sphere on the platform next to the tower. Turn the tower next to the platform and turn it to light another tower. Continue doing this until all the towers are lit

Aha, found the island. Still confused on the rainbow road.
Lost Temple Island - On worship island, have units stand in each of the pink circles at the same time (turning all green together). I did this by building a tower in one, exploring one, fighting one, and dragging Aruku to one. It was kind of a pain.

I am stuck inside the comet.
I can not figure out what to do at all. I do believe it's the last one because before I started it said I would not be able to go back to other islands. I have my army and towers all built up, just can't figure out what I am suppose to do here.

That's what I'd guessed. I was hoping I was wrong. Time for a snipe hunt, I guess.
I'm stuck on the worldseal island (I forget the name, but its the one where
You have to put the totems on the pedestals and then fight off those shades
). I'm trying to find that last ice crystal so that I can have both idols active. I learned my lession from the first time around and have set up a good defensive network. Also, I have all but one totem placed in and have my army in position, but I'm trying to get both so that I have the best chance possible of winning.

Remember, you can build them on an island offshore.

Thanks to Tokken's find of the XML documents defining each level, I was able to find the last blue shell I was missing - it was hidden under the base of a lighthouse. I actually viewed the binary of the saved game's DAT file, found in C:\ProgramData\Enkord\TotemTribe\quest-[UID]-16 (On Vista). I found "BlueTurtleShell" in the file, similar to its ID in the XML file. Then, about 80 bytes or so before it, I found its coordinates, and triangulated from some of the gems I hadn't found (but did find subsequent to starting the game again). Thanks!

Four Totems on Worship Island
Each of the totems have one symbol that will not change. Each of the totems need all symbols showing in the SAME order. Try putting the lightning bolt at the top of the far right totem. The next totem should have the star at the top (unmoveable). The next totem should have the sun at the top and finally the far left totem should have the moon.

When you are inside the comet..take your scouts to the top of the map..there is an area you can walk threw that is hidden with crystals. You will see it on your mini map. You keep heading up that path and you will find what you need to do.

Found a better way to find the last object you've been searching for for hours - go into C:\Program Files\Totem Tribe\data\texture\game\item, find the item's image, and then spray paint it over with magenta - it stands out a lot better then. make sure you make a backup of the png, so that you can return it to its normal appearance.

Please help!!
1) Where is the 6th coin?
2) I'm on comet island, but stuck towards the beginning. I figured out the flame crossbow thing, but can't seem to get the totems or the larger crystals blocking the further path.
I finally found the 7th and last coin. didn't see it posted before so thought I'd post it here.
The 7th coin
The 7th coin is on Yeti Island.
Go the bottom right of the island. See some ruins of a previous tower and build your own. Now you see the tip of another island, also with ruins of a previous tower. Normally if you have the artifact that gives you 7% chance of instant build. Your building will start constructing on it's own. So build your tower there and just wait... Voila your final coin is visible

I wonder if there would be a way to go into the files and get rid of darkness that covers some areas. For example in lonely iceberg...you cant build anything so you cant send scouts into the water to look around.

Well anyways, I was able to defeat the shades with the help of one of the totems.
I'm now on Volcano island and I accidentially made the King Shade appear before I was ready.
Also, the game just crashed on me a few minutes ago, not sure why.
