Have you built the dam yet? You need to build it so it waters the lsnd so you can grow crops.Otherwise drop villagers on the land & after planting crops they water the crops.

On the top of this page says that we need to have level 3 in building and exploration to uncover the acient floor but i have level 3 in building and level 2 in exploration, and i can already uncover. Did they do a mistake or is it just luck?

in making stews, u must have a cauldron first. then try dropping a villager on the fire. He/she will set up the cauldron. Drop it again,( she will add water to the cauldron). Collect 3 herbs( combination of the 6 strange plants). After completion of 3 herbs, drop him again and he will add food to the cauldron. viola. eating time..

I think you adjusted the clock on your system, thats why. I've did the adjustment on VV1 and it worked but I think not on this sequel. Unfortunately, you have to start the game all over again.

you lost the game. You should start all over again. this time, if you will go away for sometime, try pausing the game or set it at half speed.

maximum huts for this game is four. try completing the 4 sets of collectibles and the maximum number of population will increase by 20 ( 5 for each set).

The maximum number of huts for VV2 is four. try dragging villagers to the huts and they'll start fixing it. with this, they gain experience and level up until they become master builders. The maximum number of population is increased by 5 every time you complete a set of collectibles.

yes, you have to purchase L3 of Farming before you can fish again. try limiting the number of your people, put more people on the research table, make children pick up mushrooms to sustain them. Good Luck..

the lifespan of villagers varies. it depends on the level of medicine you have purchased. the lower the level, the shorter the lifespan is. Mine is level 3 and I have a villager who lived for 87 years..

I have completed all the 15 puzzles but now i am stuck with the last one. I have already placed a totem in the centre of the mosaic, and yet nothing happened. In fact I've got 7 totems! I still cannot retrieve the final gong piece. Can someone help me? Thanks!

Hi! I was the one who sent the post asking about the gong piece at the mosaic area. Well, its funny. I've done all my research and completed all the 15 puzzles, and yet when i drop a totem in the center of the mosaic, the gong piece did not appear. I had been trying for about a week actually.. Could anyone help me please?

Try lifting up the totem pole. The gong peice should appear under it.

where did you purchase the game, is it from reflexive? some say that there is a problem with the last piece of the gong of wonder ( problem with a bug actually).. I think it was already fixed and the game was updated. check out their website. maybe it can help you. Good Luck.

Is there a way to get algae-eating fish without farming tech level three? I only have one master scientist.

I've got the same problem that a lot of people have got..the last piece of the gong not appearing on the mosaic.I've tried all sorts to get it to appear even gone to reflexive arcade web site but no joy there.Can anyone here help me please.

ok... this is really making me angry... i have this villager that wont do anything at all! i have tried gving him a stew that makes him sick, but he still wont die...:P how can i make him die faster?

If I have a master scientist, and I switch his preference to builder, will I get more tech points out of him? Is this even a good idea? or will he still earn points if he continues to research?

Why is it that you need level 2 farming to get coconuts, but they only give you like 4-5 points for food? Did I do something wrong? will they give me more later in the game?

Is there any way to help get the last collectible? I have had everything but the 4th rare seashell for at least a hundred game hours, but it never appears. I have completed all 16 puzzles and have at least 50 totems, but I would really like to get this last collectible so my village population can be more than 105. I can see collectibles in the map view now, but I still never find it. Help!

mellowdlp, not sure why it is you need Level 2 farming for coconuts, just part of the game. The coconuts don't give you that much each time but they do regrow so check back from time to time and there could be more coconuts to harvest.

Jenn, what did you do to be able to see collectibles in the map view?

Marie, I think it just happens when you solve one of the puzzles. It said that the villagers can now see things on the ground more easily. I can't remember which puzzle caused it tho. Sorry!

Elders - is there a 50 elder limit? I have 50 and now a bunch of my villagers are masters at 3 skills but don't get the title "Respected Elder". What's up with that?

Ok, this may sound silly, but is it possible for Villagers to be inbred and therefore act kind of stupid? I have one villager who is supposed to be an Adept Builder, but he always ends up just standing around doing nothing when everyone else is working, it happens over and over again even if I keep putting him back to work. Thoughts?

Hello there.I need help A.S.A.P!!!!All my villagers are weakened,i have no more food,no coconuts,the ocean is filled with that stupid algae,and nothing seems to be working!I wanna start over but i already have gotten pretty far,i have a lot of masters and i've gotten some puzzles but i feel like all of my people are done for.Also i have a woman with a baby but the baby is taking too long to become a kid and collect mushrooms and i don't have enough tech points to get new things DX .Somebody please help me with ANYTHING!I don't care what it is just something to help my tribe out PLEEASE :(

I have a problem with the last piece of the gong...I see it on the mosaic but I think my elder who I have the totem for died. I can see the piece in the center of the mosaic but no one will pick it up. Does the elder whose totem I used have to do it? Do I have to make another elder and another totem? Thanks, Amy

I have found a weird glitch. I left my villagers alone for a couple of days on 2x speed and when I came back I had 53 children that are exactly the same age. Each mother had to give birth to 5 or more of these kids, often by different fathers, so it's clearly impossible. This happened to me in the first game as well. It really creates a challenge later in the game when they are all too old to have kids and then they all die near the same time...

Hi!, I've recently found an onine version of this game, not very advanced, now want the full version.

In this version there's a hut that has to be repaired. I've managed to train 5 people to "Master Builder" level, while the hut has ony been repaired 6%! Wanna know how? I chaged the person's skill to building, and put them onto the building, left them for 2 seconds, took em off, then put them back on, then took them off after 2 secs, then put them back on, etc. It's cool, I hope the full one has it, does it?

I hope i can get both 1 and 2, they're really cool, but I'd need to save up! The only downfall is the price, 23.15AUD each, but what can you expect for a product as good as this?

I can't seem to get enough master builders. I had two and then they both died. Then, I copied one from the mirror and the origional died from fire ants. I only have one master builder(the one that is copied) and he's about to die because his doppleganger was an elderly. Help!!! I need that gong piece!

You can find pebbles after you build a dam, in the place the water used to be. You can find beetles after you clear the thorns behind the reaserch table.

Hi I was wondering if any1 knows if after I have cleared the area you find pebbles in will I still be able to find pebbles? I am still missing 1 rare.

erm... i kinda like need help but not urgently... you know the "cheat" when uu increase the time on uur computer to speed things up? anyway... even if i w8 or try tat "cheat" everytime i start the game again... everything is exactly the same even the tech points is exactly the same even though i put someone thr... same thing wif the food and my hut is nvr built finish coz of tis...but the onli diff is tat my villagers still die when i go back on!!

I have a problem with the crate. I created three master bulders who opened the crate but none of them would place the gong piece. And now I can't get anyone to do it. Any villiager I place there says "retrieving gong piece" but then it switches to "nothing".

Can anyone help?

if you dont want to wait all this time so as your people to get old enough, or to wait them have something done, you can exit the game, change your pc's time (eg 1 hour later) and then start the game again...everything is done in fast forward!

I found the cauldron and my villager was in the middle of taking it to the fire when something happened and everyone went to celebrate and it got dropped and disappeared. Is there any way I can recover it?

Please help! I have about 4-5 huts built, the thorns cleared, and I have never had 3 master builders all at one time. They never get up to that master level by the time they finish what their building and then there's nothing left to build! How am I going to get that crate open???

To make villagers fish, drag them to the ocean. If they don't catch anything, drag them to another spot in the ocean! Keep on trying!

You have to make them before they do it themselves!

I fell in love with vv1 so had to have vv2. I have been playing vv2 for over a month but still have one peice of the puzzle undone and thats the last gong piece. I have 50 totems in one village and 45 in another and have tried every totem in the mosaic and still no final peice what am I doing wrong?
