Plexus revisits a classic nursery rhyme with their latest jigsaw puzzle, as you swap and rotate pieces to assemble the scene, but with the edges of each piece anything but obviously defined, you'll find this one is as sneaky as the rest.

Is it just me or

is there a piece missing form the puzzle that goes beside the boy reading in the window? It was filled in after I finished but that space was blank before I placed the last loose piece. Weird.

Nope, there is nothing to the left of the book if that was what you meant.

I kept looking for a piece to fit in there for ages too.

If you ask me...

...that's an awfully tiny house/shoe for a woman with ten kids and two pets. Maybe it extends underground.

Hi Rich,
The window piece was intentionally left out, otherwise that area of the puzzle would've been too easy. We've put a few of these 'white spaces' in some of the older puzzles too ("Always Room for More, "Shiver me Pieces", etc..) Thanks

Is there any way to retrieve puzzle pieces that "fell' behind the outside frame? I moved several pieces 'out of the way' when I started, and now cannot finish the picture because pieces are missing.

Hi Jcfclark,

Sometimes pieces can hide underneath each other, but they should always still be there when the covering pieces are moved. You may want to move all the pieces a bit just to make certain their not bring masked/covered.

Now sometimes you can drag a piece completely off the playing field and you may not be able to recover it. This would be very very rare, and would only happen if a piece is intentionally moved to extreme off screen.

I hope you can locate your pieces! :D

Finally, a new one that doesn't take money so I can play it

Thanks Plexus.. Initially I moved two pieces entirely off the screen just to see if it was possible. Apparently it is. Never thought they'd be unrecoverable. Will remember next time!

I had a couple of instances of intransitivity (where dragging A onto B refuses to work, but dragging B onto A pops right into place):

I had a group going with the mother and several kids when it became obvious the dog needed to go under the right-hand kid's arm. However, no matter how I turned things, the dog refused to go into the spot. In frustration, I grabbed the mother group to try dragging it to a different spot, and sort of accidentally put it on top of the dog... and ta-da.

I forget the other instance; I think it might have had something to do with the roof. In that case, both of the pieces I was trying to join were single pieces that I had not yet joined to anything.

Hi Reka,

As much as we try to avoid these, they do crop up from time to time in the puzzles. Will work on fixing the dog piece and re-check the roof pieces out. Thank you for pointing out
