Cover Color Game The concept is basic and simple. Replicate the multi-color pattern shown by clicking and dragging a minimum number of one-colored designs onto the grid. When your design matches the one provided, that's perfect! Now you can move on to complete the 99 other levels. Cover Color most closely resembles Factory Balls, albeit without the balls, paint or whimsy. Its unassuming graphics and gameplay won't catch all eyes, but if you're looking for a game to chill with, that engages the brain just enough without taxing, this is what hits the spot.

CUBICSPACE Roll into outer space with CUBICSPACE, a strategy-based dice game by Adam Atomic where you've got to survive six levels of barrages from fearsome foe dice. You'll pick up extra laser charges and shields along the way, but knowing when to use them or reroll them could mean the difference between cruising by and a bruising cry. Do you have the perfect combination of luck and tactics to get a high score?

Ernesto - A Quick RPG Part strategic puzzle, part turn-based RPG, this latest idea from Daniel Benmergui has you picking a path through a dangerous dungeon on a grid filled with enemies, items, and traps on your way to take down a god. Though short and straight-forward, it's fun while it lasts and has a ton of potential.

10 is Again Quick, what do you get when you add 10 and 10? The answer is still 10, because 10 is Again! Never mind that that makes no mathematical or grammatical sense, because all that matters is that in 10 is Again, you've got to slide numbered tiles to make stacks that up to exactly ten. In this level pack, multiplication, division, and inversion tiles are added to the mix to make the math just a little wilder and the puzzling a little trickier.

Loot Hero The kingdom needs a hero to slay a dragon, but you need cash a lots of it! In this simple arcade action RPG, you'll charge through five levels of enemies, nabbing all the coin they drop and using it to upgrade your equipment. Though definitely short and nearly TOO simple, great visuals and simple fun still make it addictive while it lasts.

Cookie Clicker: Christmas Update! It's beginning to look a lot like Clickmas... Ortiel's hit addictive (and weird!) clicktoy cookie baking simulator gets a festive upgrade that begins with a familiar red hat and ends with... well, that would be spoiling things.

Live Puzzle 2 Christmas Edition Live Puzzle takes a Christmassy turn! Each uniquely designed jigsaw puzzle is a moving picture, and putting them together is as fun as it is tricky. Now, with ten new and adorable levels, Live Puzzle 2 Christmas Edition is the sweetest game in the series.

Night Rider Turbo Night Rider Turbo is an action driving game by Sos Soskowski where your car is going to fall apart. It's just a matter of time. So how far can you get in delaying the inevitable? One of those unique, gimmicky games that you'll somehow play through twenty times over the course of a week.

Blade Rush Part stealth game, part challenging platformer, Blade Rush's minimalist style masks a surprisingly fun and fast-paced game that forces you to keep moving as you zip around lethal stages taking out foes in one hit... before they do the same to you!

Infectonator Hot Chase It's the end of the world as we know it... and it's all your fault! In this simple (and grindy) yet addictive zombie arcade game, control a horde of undead with just one finger as you race through the city adding hapless citizens to your pack, nabbing powerful mutations, avoiding danger, and more!

Megami Quest The latest in the increasingly popular genre of Cookie Clicker-esque "idle" games, this webtoy tasks you with amassing a party of legendary Norse heroes as you unlock more locations, items, and characters. Though light on depth and player interaction, it's an interesting twist on the genre, and one that holds a lot of potential.

Candy Box 2 It's baaaaaaaaaaaaack... aniwey's smash-hit original webtoy/wonder machine gets a sequel with even more content to discover. Allow this little game to run by itself in another tab or window and you'll quickly discover that there's a lot more to it than just a rising number of candies.

10 How can you not love the number 10? Especially if we're talking about the new sliding-puzzle from iojoe! Colorful and entertaining, with a gentle learning curve, anyone in search of a good mind-twister should definitely give 10 their a-10-tion.

Poyas Odyssey The Poyas are simple, spherical creatures who don't do much on their own... but using the power of a strange cube they both fear and worship, you can use them to help you solve puzzles and proceed deeper into a temple in this short yet compelling and clever puzzle adventure.

Me and the Key 3 The ever elusive key. Is it the ongoing quest to open more treasures or doors or find answers to life problems? Whatever it unlocks, this creatively simple point-and-click puzzle game from Bart Bonte is the key to an endless smile—or at least one that will last through 25 increasingly tricky and not-altogether-too-easy levels. With the help of some dapper penguins, figure out how to uncover the hidden key in each stage in order to move on to the next.

Touch the Bubbles 4 Komix-Games and ProGamix deliver a simple yet gorgeous and addictive twist on the classic avoidance genre as you sweep through levels of lovely yet lethal hazards popping all the bubbles in your path. Though some might find it a bit too simple, it remains a fun dose of casual gameplay for a coffee-break sized break.

Space is Key Hell Ready for more? ChrisJeff's compulsively playable and brutally difficult arcade game is back, with a new twist. Just hit the spacebar to jump over each obstacle. How difficult could it be?

Petals The simple things in life are often the best, and Green-Eyed Games has managed to turn a simple sliding-block puzzle into a game about flowers, just by arranging blocks the right way. The rules of Petals are as simple as the idea behind it: click to combine like-colored tiles in a grid, but avoid combining tiles of different colors. That's all there is to it, and it's a great way to spend a few minutes stretching your mind. You don't even have to water it.

Eastward Quest Go West, my son. Wait... East, EAST! Lucas Molina present a simple yet simply addictive arcade game with RPG trappings as you control a brave hero speeding East through monsters and other pitfalls, earning experience and coin for upgrades along the way. Throw in some lovely pixel style and a great soundtrack, and you have the perfect casual action game to fill a little spare time.

Robby Robby wants to rob a bank, but things don't go so well when the police show up. As the officer counts down from ten, it's up to you to find out a (probably weird) solution that doesn't end with our hero dead or in jail in this wonderfully silly point-and-click puzzle game made in just 48 hours.

Cheeez Huntr Who even leaves cheese stacked on top of a fridge anyway? Well, as gross as that might be, it's lucky for you that they did, since you're a mouse with a hankering for a chunk and a good throwing arm. This physics projectile puzzler could use a bit of extra polish and depth, but its simple fun and few gameplay twists make it a nice casual choice for sometimes-gamers or kids to enjoy.

Cookie Clicker Cookie Clicker is back with a sleek new look, upgrades, achievements, and even a subtly sinister storyline. All you need to do to play this webtoy is to click to generate cookies, but as you sell them, you can buy things to make cookies for you. But at what cost? And will things get out of hand?

Sokoboom It may look sweet and simple, but don't let it fool you, because this Sokoban-style puzzle game is going to tie your brain into knots. All you have to do is slide crates onto spots marked with an X, but with thirty stages, each more tidily and cleverly designed than the last, Sokoboom proves it has what it takes to keep you challenged.

Black Side Here's a simple idea: Using your mouse, trace paths across a board of black and white tiles so that the white tiles you've selected turn to black. Sound too easy? Mateusz Narolewski will make you wonder if someone's been replacing your breakfast cereal with paint chips.

Monty's Moon Follow your dreams! And if your dreams mean you have to pay a monkey scientist in bananas to reach the moon and a hypothetical lady monkey, well, so be it! Though it could use some more variety, this launch game has style and polish to burn for a simple but fun experience.

... =D Combining avoidance gameplay with puzzle elements, the queerly named ...=D starts off slow and easy, but in no time at all will have you sweating bullets as you struggle to keep up with a game that more and more resembles a chaotic disco dance floor!

GeoGuessr Where in the world are you? You'll need a little world knowledge and some deductive skills in this puzzle game that uses Google Maps to plop you into unknown territory you can explore to try to figure out your location, and then point to it on a map, for a challenging and addictive little game.

Moon Waltz You are the master of weather! You control a werewolf! You can terrorize the town! Or you can help the werewolf go buy cigarettes! In Moon Waltz, there's only one button, and it makes the clouds disperse and reveal the moon, which turns an innocent-looking guy into a ferocious beast. Whether you will use this power for good or evil is totally up to you and your twisted imagination. Muahahaha.

Mono The winner of the minimalism-themed Ludum Dare 26 game jam, Mono, a Java game by Timtip Games, is a uniquely artistic top-down mix of puzzles and skill. In it, you must guide an eye through a series of eight levels. It's over far too fast, but it's densely packed with interesting ideas and a well deserved victor.

Everyone Together Everyone Together is a tough little stumper in a meek, unassuming package, and it will give you the urge to go back through your various contact lists and catch up with people you haven't gotten in time with for years. You know exactly the ones I mean!

Stargazers Stargazers is a minimalist puzzle Ludum Dare entry by Cake and Zeik that's sure to have everyone watching the skies. An interesting variation on connect-the-dots, Stargazers may be short, but it has astronomical amounts of polish.

Pursued You've been abducted, but after hours of travel, you've taken your chance to escape. You need to figure out where you are and quickly. Pursued is an HTML5 puzzle game designed by Nemesis Games, powered by the Google Maps Street View engine. A unique, if sometimes slow-loading, experience, Pursued will take you on a glorious world tour.

Mondrianism Now you too can be a minimalist artist! Mondrianism is an ingenious interactive art game, in which you get to play with Mondrian's paintings. Move one coloured rectangle around, absorbing all the others, until there's only one colour left on the screen. And you thought this art thing was difficult...

Also Which? Yoshio Ishii has another question for you, and in this third installment of the addictively clever puzzle series, provides even more smart and simple levels where you'll have to think outside the box. Or circle, I suppose. All you have to do is read the question and figure out which circle you need to click... even though they both seem identical.
