For those who appreciate games as an art form, Ferry Halim, creator of all things Orisinal (as well as the previously posted Cats), has created a site full of games that are not only fun to play, they're also beautiful to behold. In fact, with so many to choose from, you can literally get lost there for hours.
Chalk up another site worthy of a frequent visit, and yet another example of Flash making a big splash with a very talented and creative artist/game designer.

what has happened to Ferry Halim? I can't get on anymore to plat the games, and neither can any of my friends! :(
I've learned that Ferry is moving his website to a different service provider, and that his site will be back up soon.
And it's over a year later and it's still not working. They look so beautiful!!! :(
Lesley - what's not working? The link above will take you directly to Ferry's Orisinal site, and it's working just fine, as are all of his games.
If you are experiencing a problem, it's with your computer, and not his site.
What exactly is the issue?
If Lesley's got a problem with her computer, then so have a lot of us... No-one I know has been able to find Orisinal for over a year (message: "page unavailable..."). New host must have some code we can't get through.. Any ideas anyone? Ferry?

I Love This Site! I'm playing orisinal for as long as 3 years now.
I found the Orisinal site a couple of months ago, and am addicted, as are my kids, 14, 11 and 6. It's game playing, but also strangely calming. Wonderful after a bad day!
I've loved this site. I found it when it first came out and just recently rediscovered it. It takes the stress out of some gaming. Every game is beautiful (my favorites being: A Pocketful of Stars, Wake-Up Call, Midnight Serenade, the kite game, and Bungee Bear). Though I've been wondering: where are you Ferry? You seem to have disappeared for a while and I was wondering if you are still making games.
Andrew: I've been thinking the same, where is Ferry? I'm sure the next game will be worth the wait though.
Alas, where are my original orisinal games :(

I have been going to the site for years, but for a while now nothing new is happening ? has anyone else heard anything ?
Ferry has been busy raising a new family for the past several months, and has been too busy to update the Orisinal site, unfortunately. Hopefully he'll get the itch to create something new soon for us to enjoy. =)
Anyone know how to continually extend the time on The Pond? I've tried feeding only the color it tells you and after awhile the time stops extending. I've also tried feeding all of the colors and that doesn't seem to work either. How do the people on the top of the high scores list do it? Help!!!
yohoo, I hade over 4500 of one single of bell in the rabbit-jump game!!!
And I don´t know how much score...
I can't get to the site either. I've tried 4 different browsers (Firefox, Safari, Explorer and Opera) and in each case nothing on the page loads at all. Eventually the browser always says "Server is taking too long to respond."
are the games hosted anywhere else by any chance? Is anyone else having this problem?
