One term president
September 26, 2003
I have to smile every time I visit Jake Metcalf's 8Bit Joystick.com as he is always stoked about something or other. Whether he's reviewing the latest electronic gadget, cheesy B-movie, or just ranting about GOP political oppression, Jake always has something cool to say.
I saw this great button art on his site and just had to spread the good word. Thanks Jake, and keep up the good work.

I got that graphic from http://onetermpresident.org/
My Friend BBQ wrote the review of Bubba Hotep and I would say it is an A-Class movie that is getting D-Class treatment.
Also Minidisc have been around for a decade. But the new MP3 friendly versions are keen.
Bush for 2 terms! (Yes, I'm voting for him next fall)
That's one of the freedoms of a democracy: to have a voice in who will represent the people.
I would rather have a president more concerned about our internal affairs than an imperialist concerned with policing the world.
I would rather have a president who stimulates our economy and who creates jobs for those unemployed than one who loses over 2 million jobs in just his first two years in office.
I would rather have a president compassionate about the citizens of this country than one who strives to make laws excluding them.
But you're still free to vote for anyone you want. That's one of the freedoms that hasn't yet been taken from us.
Just be careful what you wish for.
Yes, Bush should be concerned with internal affairs. I happen to think he is. I also happen to think that internal affairs aren't the only thing that is important. Keeping Americans safe from external threats is important too.
I don't think it is the President's fault that the economy isn't doing well. How can one man cause that?
Hmm. I don't really want to debate this. I'm not sure why I'm posting, but what the heck. :-)
