Is O'REALLY really publisher book?

No, Dave, it's a parody of the O'Reilly publisher of generally very good technical books. They are fictitious, and if you follow the links they will take you to an order form for T-shirts with the fictitious book covers on them. I have never ordered anything from the UK site, so I cannot say how credible the vendor is.
